Follow the steps below to redeem!

  • Step 1: Download and open GetGo app and tap the Promo button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Step 2: Enter promo code and tap on Add.
  • Step 3: Tap the Search button to return to the main menu, enter your booking details (i.e., Location, Date & Time, etc.) and tap on Go.
  • Step 4: Select your vehicle, scroll down to Payment, tap on Enter promo code, then select the promo code and tap on Use.
  • Step 5: Once the discount is applied on the app, tap on Book Now to continue and then tap on Yes to confirm your booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New Users:

  1. Promo code offer is S$16 and applicable for all new GetGo users on their first booking only.
  2. Promo code is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 January 2026.
  3. Promo code is applicable on both time charge and mileage charge. For bookings above the value of S$16, the cost of the booking in excess will be borne by the user.
  4. Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
  5. Promo code will be forfeited and cannot be replaced upon booking cancellation.
  6. Redemption of this promotion does not guarantee that the user’s account will be verified. Verification applications will still
    be subjected to GetGo’s policy.
  7. GetGo Carsharing reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.

Existing Users:

  1. Promo code offer is 12% OFF time charge with no min spend, capped at S$10 only.
  2. Promo code is applicable to all vehicles except Premium, Luxury, Luxury Electric, Premium Electric, Select and Grand vehicles.
  3. Promo code is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 January 2026.
  4. Each user can redeem the promo code up to 13 times, with a limit of 1 redemption per month, valid until 31 January 2026.
  5. Promo code is applicable on both time charge on weekdays only. For bookings above the value of S$10, the cost of the booking in excess will be borne by the user.
  6. Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
