I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate about working out, this has made me pursue a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences as well graduate with a Bachelors in Sport Studies and Marketing. I started my fitness journey in weights training 4 years ago and have not looked back since. I have achieved junior world and national open records for Powerlifting although my training background is in bodybuilding. I love to interact with people, and help them achieve their fitness goals. Like any other young & fresh Lass, Anna stepped out from school and jumped straight in the rat race of the corporate world. Being at it for the last 5 years, Anna decided it wasn’t for her. She hopes to climb out of the grey office environment & since then developed a new interest in the fitness industry. Anna likes to challenge herself into doing terrifying activities like cliff jumping, bungee etc. She also loves football. Just a subtle hint, she’s a supporter of something red and rhymes with bevel. Faizal's passion for Health & Fitness can be traced back to his youth days where he was actively participating in various Sports activities. He later ventured into Western Boxing, Muay-Thai Boxing and Muay-Boran (Ancient Martial Arts of Muay-Thai), and also Body Building in his teenage days. Apart from his years of experienced in the Health & Fitness industry since 2005, both in Supervisory and Managerial position, Faizal also enriched himself in Holistic Fitness & Wellness Consultation pertaining to General Health to achieve a well-rounded understanding of his chosen career. If you have any general questions pertaining to our Services and/or Fitness related inquiries, drop by the Club and meet up with Faizal. He's always up for a friendly chat :)
Pauline started her career as a dancesport athlete (represented Singapore in International Latin American Dance Competition), where she developed her interest in fitness. This brought her into the field of physiotherapy, where she helped patients to recovery from injuries, allowing them to resume their daily life. Looking at how patients suffer due to incorrect exercise techniques, improper posture and other misconceptions, she joined the fitness industry with a mission to empower people with better knowledge in health and fitness strategies. She holds a Diploma in Sports Coaching and is a certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise).
Every situation has 2 stories and I love listening to both sides and resolving a situation that is win-win for all. I have been in marketing and public relations since completing my studies and have met many people from all walks of life, listening to them and helping them. Having been in the fitness industry for the past 5 years, I know the importance of assisting members with their fitness needs and how to work with members and their Clubs to reach amicable solutions. I am your Member Relationship Manager, and I am most happy to assist you if you need me!
Amir began his passion for the Fitness back during his days as a recruit in the SAF. Being a skinny guy, Amir always have trouble performing his exercises and as a result he always stayed back for remedial training. Having enough failures, Amir started to implement the triple D’s which is Desire, Decision and Dedication to his lifestyle. Till now Amir still practiced his 3 Golden Rules and would intend to share it with his future clients.
Jun Saat started the love of fitness soon after serving his national service and since then he continue to learn about the industry and practice efficient ways of applying his knowledge and sharing it with others. As quoted “I had an amazing journey meeting people and making new friends in the process of my career. The most rewarding for me is when I able to change people life while doing what I love most, EVERYDAY!” His interest is keeping up with his Fitness, Futuristic Movies, Travel, his Apple Watch and Shoes! “If It Doesn’t CHALLENGE you, it doesn’t CHANGE you…And it’s TIME!”
My passion has always been sports. I love playing soccer and watching soccer. My passion for fitness started somewhere when I was 18 when I was introduced to MMA and Muay Thai. I begin having a lot of interest in MMA and Muay Thai and that's where I realise fitness is also important as part of MMA. I begin training and building my fitness. I love making new friends and watching sports during my free time. You can always chat me up to find out more!
A skinny and hyperactive kid back in school, Alexander kept himself busy with a variety of sports such as Basketball, Cycling and BMX. Alexander started strength training in 2011 when he was in the army, and eventually developed the lifestyle for it. He now trains at least six times a week and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals.

Calista graduated with a Diploma in Nutrition, Health and Wellness. She strongly feels that keeping a healthy lifestyle is important to have a good quality of life. She has an interest in helping beginners kickstart their health and fitness journey! Feel free to approach her if you have interest in getting started in fitness!
Jonus is a Sport Science graduate. He is an experienced strength and conditioning coach and has trained powerlifters and weight lifters. Jonus is also well-versed in sport injury management and post-rehabilitation. As a coach, Jonus is easy-going and dynamic. He is also an avid gamer. Feel free to approach Jonus with regards to any sports injury.

Keng Swee, started his passion in fitness at the age of 20 years old. Jeet Kune Do was his first interactive sport and to widen his learning, a skill of Boxing and Muay Thai were added to his arsenal. Learnt variety of sport to further knowledge on understanding how exercise was executed. In his learning, he narrowed into Calisthenics, Parkour, Crossfit and kettlebell. He believed functioning training enable individual to exceed themselves to perform better in their daily lifestyle activity. He obtained a Bachelor Of Commerce and Diploma In Sport Exercise Science.
Liang have always had passion in fitness since he was in secondary school. He decided to enroll himself into a personal trainer course right after his national service where he served as a Combat Medic. He wants to help people by educating them in fitness training. As a highly motivated individual, Liang sees himself as a person who can make a difference in the fitness industry. Fitness and diet plans are Liang's forte, feel free to speak to him should you need advice.
Muhd Hanif started his interest in sports & fitness back in his school days when he played for his school's football team. He trained in Muay Thai and was chosen to represent his school in a Thailand Muay Thai conference in 2013. He was also a Corporal First Class in a recce unit during his national service. Currently, Hanif is pursuing a Diploma in Sports Wellness and Services with Republic Polytechnic. He believes in upgrading his knowledge in the sports and fitness industry in order to serve his clients well. His passion lies in calisthenics and bodybuilding. Say Yee is a certified Personal Trainer from American Council on Exercise. During his 5 years of personal training, he has developed a passion to help people achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle through fitness and diet. He has tried various training methods throughout the years to constantly improve himself. The tough times spent during training have taught him that persistence, commitment and patience are keys to achieving positive results.

1. Please provide a copy of the email confirmation and identification card for the one day trial. You may call in to confirm your appointment with us.
2. The one day trial is limited for one usage per person and cannot be re-use by the same person.
3. The one day trial is limited to Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident and Employment Pass Holder.
4. You must be above the age of 18 years old to utilize the Day Trial Pass.
5. For security reasons, the one day trial can only be utilize at the stated timing above.

I would like to express my gratitude towards my team of fitness coaches.
Over the past 4 weeks, they have demonstrated over 30 accurate ways of using gym equipment, have shown professionalism, have been patient and observant.
With their help, I am satisfied that my body fat ratio has dropped and muscle ratio increased, and I feel stronger and more flexible. On my own, I could not have archieved the same results.

Prior to joining AnytimeFitness, I have been training by myself but it didn’t quite work out as I lose motivation very quickly. However, the fitness coaches have motivated me to work towards a healthier life and have given me pointers and guidance on how I can achieve my fitness goals and I have definitely benefitted from the program.
The coaches are dedicated in helping me and other patrons to achieve their goals. Every session of my training program was catered specifically for me and my goals and even though they were though, they encouraged me and pushed me through.
